Nathan M. Nichols
Nathan Nichols has focused his practice in bankruptcy representation and commercial litigation. He has experience representing Chapter 11 debtors in their business reorganization efforts as well as advocating for creditors in the same arena.
Mr. Nichols regularly represents businesses, in both state and federal courts, in commercial disputes in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, real estate, and commercial leasing. As with his bankruptcy experience, Mr. Nichols argues for both plaintiffs and defendants on claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and more.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Nichols served as judicial clerk for Justice Dixon W. Holman, Court of Appeals, Second District of Texas in Fort Worth.
